Benchmarking the costs and quality of providing the following current FM services at the Client's office in Canary Wharf (Maintenance; Life Cycle Replacement; Utilities; Cleaning; Security; Reprographics; Mail; Stationery; Catering; Conference Suite; Visitor Reception; Helpdesk; and Travel Services). The work also included an exercise to benchmark and review the current service specification levels and the current floorspace standards in comparison with a future space budget for a new headquarters building.
