Both Martin and Chris have extensive experience in delivering pre and post contract cost Management services for office towers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha.
In addition to traditional high rise construction and mixed use development, Martin has led teams that delivered services includes "Asset Pre-Sale Technical Due Diligence" where an overall report on the Assets Fitness for purpose has been drawn together obtaining best-value services from requisite external specialist consultants.
Whilst with RPM, projects Martin led included new build high-rise, and refurbishment and management of commercial and technical processes associated with Use Re-classification during mid-build.
In UK, Chris worked in the Commercial teams for the delivery of Powergen corporate head office in Coventry (1993), and Britannic assurance new head office, Birmingham (1995).
Chris's UAE Project involvement at post Contract stage includes 20 Storey office towers for retail banks, basement podium and 41 storey mixed use towers, commercial offices in the business bay area of Dubai (Basement + podium + 26 storey construction) and medium rise offices (H.H, Sheikh Hamdan Awards Building).
Between 2006 and 2008, Chris commercially headed Laing O'Rourke's specialist trading businesses, including the modular off-site pod manufacturing business which provided prefabricated bathroom pods for the Aldar HQ building at the Al Raha beach expansion in Abu Dhabi, providing high quality bathrooms, reducing waste, and resulting in quick site installation periods, reducing on-site construction durations resulting in early revenue streams for the Employer.
