When Hult Business School wished to enter the UAE in 2008, Martin was approached to lead a PM/CM team that would successfully deliver their first campus fit out in Academic City, Dubai.
With the success of the Academic campus leading to need for further growth, Martin was approached in 2012 to assist the Business School to relocate to Knowledge Village. Under RPM, Martin led a team that re-delivered the excellent service expected from high value business school - ensuring that both business interruption was minimised in both the Fit out and the relocation to the new completed campus.
In 2009, Chris led the commercial team of Dutco Balfour Beatty in the pre-contract stages for the scheme to redevelop Jebel Ali Primary school, one of the oldest and established schools in Southern Dubai. This scheme was later postponed as a result of the global economic downturn.
