Martin Seward-Case is an internationally qualified Management Consultant with significant Middle Eastern experience as a Project Manager, Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Commercial Mediator.
He has extensive experience in building and effectively leading PM/QS consultancy practices in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and the UK.
His understanding of the Middle East Construction and Property Markets covers all mainstream sectors of the development supply chain, bringing with him an all-round knowledge of the aspirations, strengths and weaknesses of the development and construction process.
He is a capable and respected communicator and facilitator. Underpinning his technical and commercial capability is a collegiate management approach that delivers maximum efficiency and effectiveness from internal teams and stakeholders.
He is an accomplished Guest Lecturer providing Industry insight to both undergraduate and post-graduate students at HULT Business School, Manchester Business School, Herriot Watt University, WITS University, University of Natal and University of Cape Town.
Martin also frequently delivers Continued Professional Development lecturer for the RICS, SLQS and AIQS in the UAE and Qatar.
Martin was RICS UAE National Association Board Chair 2008-2010. In 2011 he was elected by the RICS UAE Membership for a position on RICS World Governing Council, that he will hold until 2015.
