The project was to strip out and fully refurbish office space to provide new flexible office, roaming space, café bar, nursery and meeting areas.
BWA were commissioned to provide Project Development and Project Management services for pre-construction stages, including budget preparation and co-ordination of design team.
BWA overlooked the agreement of Contract Sum and contract documentation with contractor and also provided Quantity Surveying services. Additionally BWA acted as Landlord’s Agent liaison for escrow account.
