As part of a technical advice consortia, BWA were responsible for benchmarking the Council’s FM Service provision for a variety of property types. The performance of maintenance, cleaning, waste management, security, energy & utilities, contract management, etc. was assessed by BWA resulting in findings in terms of weaknesses and opportunities. Furthermore, BWA formulated a number of critical conclusions and devised recommendations for the Council’s consideration. As part of this exercise, we were asked to produce a “should cost model” for the impact of their transition to the new Brent Civic Centre on management and service delivery.
